KD Parts Program
Utilizing the principles of lean manufacturing and supply chain management, Commercial Door Manufacturing, Inc. can help your company be more competitive. How much time is spent just managing stock in your shop; checking material in and putting it up just to take it back down again? Is your shop welding, cutting, notching, and providing hardware preps for projects? Use your resources more effectively by using our KD Parts Program. With our convenient KD parts program, we will ship entire projects marked, cut to length and notched with hardware preps provided. Commercial Door even goes so far as to provide the glass stop cut to length and punched for easy installation. All that’s left for your shop labor is to weld the frames together from a parts list provided by Commercial Door. A much better use of their time! Your shop time to weld a project can improve by as much as 50%!
The ordering process is simple. For KD projects just send us your hollow metal shop drawing and hardware submittal along with a set-up sheet indicating the desired hinge and strike locations. Attach a price cover sheet along with your purchase order. Commercial Door will begin the process of fabricating and shipping your order within two (2) weeks.
Fully Welded Frames
Prefer fully welded frames? We will ship to your facility or direct to the job site. For welded projects, just send a purchase order and a set of drawings. We will provide you with shop drawings and ship the project within four (4) to five (5) weeks of being released.
